"There was no hot water in the morning - not to mention that there were no extra towels in the entire hotel. Their explanation was that they weren't the people who did laundry - I'm thinking that if there is a washer and dryer available (which there were) that anyone could do laundry considering the pinch they were in.
The staff at the front desk was offensive to a fellow guest because they had given her suiteto someone else (the only suite in the hotel) after she had confirmed the room and rom number 2 days previously."

"Pillows were flat, could have used two of that size.
No extra bath towels for the room when requested at the desk.
No towels at the pool (after 10:00 pm).
Breakfast was adequate."
